Planter A planting machine that uses crop seeds as the object of sowing. A seeder used for a certain type or crop, often with the name of the crop type, such as a grain seeder, a corn seeder, a cotton seeder, a forage spreader, etc. Spring sowing every year is a period for small agricultural planters to show their skills. If agricultural machinery households pay attention to the maintenance and correct use of agricultural machinery, they can appropriately extend the life of wearing parts and avoid the damage of durable parts. The following is to talk about the maintenance of small agricultural planter matters needing attention:

1. Thoroughly clean the dust on the planter, clean the seeds in the seed box and the fertilizer in the fertilizer box. Check whether there are damaged and worn parts of the planter, and replace or repair if necessary. If there is any paint removal, paint should be repainted.

2. After the new planter is used, if a disc opener is selected, the opener should be removed, the outer cone, disc hub and linoleum should be washed with diesel oil or gasoline, and then installed with butter. If there is any deformation, it should be leveled. If the disc gathering point gap is too large, it can be adjusted by reducing the adjustment gasket between the inner and outer cones.

3. After cleaning up the soil working parts (such as furrow opener, furrow building device, etc.), apply butter or waste oil to avoid rust.

4, the planter should be stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse or shed, avoid open storage. During storage, the rack shall be firmly supported, and the furrow opener and earth covering device shall be padded with plate, and shall not be in direct contact with the ground.

5. The rubber or plastic seed pipe and fertilizer pipe on the planter should be removed, wiped clean, tied up, put into boxes or put on shelves for safekeeping. Sand or hay can be poured into the pipe to avoid extrusion and folding deformation.

6. The pressure spring on the opener should be relaxed and kept in a free state.

7. The planter must be placed in the farm tool warehouse or shed. If stored in the open air, the wooden seed box must be covered and the planter should be padded. Rack should also be padded to prevent deformation. Spare parts, parts and tools shall be delivered to the warehouse for preservation.
